Membership Requirements

Below is information prepared for our 2011 membership requirements.

  • joining during the first 1/3 of the year, new members will pay the full amount of WPC membership, plus National and Regional dues
  • during the next 1/3 of the year the member will pay 2/3 of the local dues, plus National and Regional dues
  • members joining in the the final four months of the year will pay 1/3 of the local dues plus the full amount due to National and Regional dues - based on when you join, we may need to fill out forms for the upcoming year instead of the current year per USPC

To Join Wilton Pony Club you will need to complete:

 

o       3 copies of the 2011 Membership Report Form for New Members or the Renewal Forms received from Secretary.

o       5 copies of the Competitors Activity/Rally Release Form (Activity Blank & Not dated)

o       1 copy of Millstone Property Release Form   

Your responsibilities are:

1.      All forms require your signature as the guardian and in some cases, your child as the USPC member’s signature.  Complete each form, copy then sign.

2.      All signatures MUST be in blue ink for insurance and legal purposes.  Please check BOTH sides of the forms and instructions.  Sign ONLY in blue ink.

3.      New Members should include a $235 check made out to WPC for National/Regional/Local membership dues (renewal fee $220).

4.      In April, Horse Owners must submit 5 copies of Vet’s Proof of Cog gins and Rabies Vaccinations
